Maria was wonderful, I walked in with concerns for my puppy. She assured me my puppy was in good hands. I trusted her, she was professional, yet personal and her exepertis in her field did not fail me. My puppy dog looked so good, she was happy and did not seem stressed at all after her treatment. She looked like a new dog after her spa trip

This place isn't good at attending to their fish and it's painfully obvious 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Dead fish all over the place regardless of what species all animals that are in our care should be done with absolute love and respect being bad Stewart's of these helpless animals is an atrocitie. Management is firstly responsible for the apof this and falling between the cracks isn't cool or professional. Sad to see this kind of husbandry towards any living animal's. Probably going to call corporate and see if this is acceptable in any location.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Excellent curb side pick up service. The day I picked up food for my Chihuahua there was a stand outside hosted by My New Hope Foundation with puppies for adoption which was wonderful. The owner gave me 2 free sweaters for my chilly Chihuahua. Altogether a VERY happy experience for this old Senior Citizen!

I walk in the store at 9am, was shopping for 20 minutes said good morning to multiple employees went to the front to ring up just for them to tell me they don’t open till 10am, why let a customer in the store? Why great customers that you have no intentions on helping, huge waste of time I will drive far just to not spend another penny at this location.

Their care for their fish has been lacking for a long time. Everytime we come in many are dead and today by the dozens just decaying at the bottom. Water quality on those tanks were murky. They were still trying to sell the sick/dead fish! Thought their policy was no sales if they are ill. Also there is a employee policy to remove all dead fish any time one dies so it doesn't harm the rest they said don't worry happens all the time we get so many in and didn't make a effort to clean out the dozens. I'm writing this to warn people as they do dip the same net into each tank and illnesses are present with the decaying fish. Be cautious if you currently have fish and quarantine any you buy as most likely kill your existing fish. Stop making all the fish suffer if you can't handle the numbers you order for your store do better.
